@MikeRGlenn I see it differently. The movie depicts the arrogance of those whose leadership roles have stripped them of their humanity as well as the belief that achievement/status makes them above the law. A Few Good Men is a masterclass in the fact that no one is above the law.

The only error this person made was accepting a counter offer from his current org. He had to know they’d terminate him at the first opportunity.
