@JoshReynolds24 I feel the opposite. Our Nation was founded by men who were willing to risk their lives and fight for independence, to end slavery, to prevent the spread of communism on a global scale. I think this is an honor and a tribute to those men.
@WhiteGirl1776@Bob72270 I went to school with kids from all backgrounds my whole life. My father raised me from birth to always be prepared to stand up for myself in all scenarios. You want all kids to avoid fighting? Make them #wrestle. I guarantee fewer people will Target them.
To be abundantly clear- @JetBlue offering to purchase @SpiritAirnvm is NOT a bailout. They offered to pay $3.8B in cash. @SenWarren fought tooth and nail and now more than 1400 employees are jobless. She didn’t prevent a #Monopoly.
@MikeRGlenn I see it differently. The movie depicts the arrogance of those whose leadership roles have stripped them of their humanity as well as the belief that achievement/status makes them above the law. A Few Good Men is a masterclass in the fact that no one is above the law.
@NasheCeezet_zw@fallrise__ Respectfully, I disagree. There are places, unfortunately, where people in Leadership Riles have an absence of empathy and operate to the “letter of the law” instead of being decent.
@WinkelTroy@Simon_Ingari HR is supposed to serve the people but invariably work to protect the company. Employees are treated as if they are disposable. The only error this person made was accepting a counter offer from his current org. He had to know they’d terminate him at the first opportunity.
@MatScouts1 Was the best part of the day. You’d walk out there and go to a bracket for a weight class way smaller than you were. You’d then say “I never heard of any of these kids” and step back. All the 103’s would freak thinking that you (a 145) was in their bracket.
I will absolutely instruct my son to defend himself. If your kid hits him, you and your kid are the entire problem. Problems need to be addressed swiftly and in some cases, ferociously.
@johnnidijulius@ADoldo I agree that anytime someone is entrenched with a position, it’s not conducive to critical thought. People do the same with religion and politics. It’s awful.
@johnnidijulius@ADoldo Objective physics isn’t infallible or impervious to errors or the unexplainable. According to physics, a bumblebee cannot fly. Yet…they do.
