I have some advice for young men newly employed,
When you get employed:
• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity
• Work hard
• Respect your employer
• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols
• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer
However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,
• Quit respectfully
• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter
• Return your employer's resources in your custody
• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity
• Leave with a clean conscience
Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.
Don't think you are smarter than your employer.
The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.
The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.
Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.
Leave courteously.
This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.
Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.
Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
Listen,
Before you commit to marrying a woman,
Scrutinize her family.
Know her culture, beliefs and traditions.
Don't marry a woman whose family's beliefs and traditions conflict with yours.
Marry a woman whose cultural beliefs are in agreement with your beliefs.
She and her family must agree to let her become subservient to your family and even religion.
If she is SDA, and you are Catholic, she must abandon SDA and become a Catholic.
She has no excuse for insisting on being SDA. If she is not ready, end the commitment immediately.
Know her parents.
You might be marrying a woman whose father is a night-runner and whose mother is a witch.
Her parents must first respect your parents.
You are doing them a favour by marrying their daughter. Otherwise, she would be a burden to them, fighting her mother, competing with her brothers, and leaving behind a chain of fatherless babies.
If her parents despise your parents because they think your parents are poor, or because they are of a community they loathe, then don't commit.
You must get this right.
Don't just meet a woman in the streets or in college, start an affair, and then impregnate her, and then marry.
This is starting on the wrong footing.
Understand her origin.
• Where does she come from?
• Who is her father?
• What is her family history
• Where are her elder sisters? Are they married?
Otherwise, you will discover serious wounds that were hidden from you, and it will be too late to undo the damage.
Don't marry these rudderless, uncouth, alcoholic women of the city.
They will become an unnecessary burden in your life.
In the end, you and the children will suffer.
But most of you think that because you went to Harvard, have a PhD, and drive a Porsche, you are so clever.
Families that disavow their cultural source will eventually collapse.
I knew one sharp Kenyan was gonna connect the dots. I always say Mulima people was not hating on Nyoro. They have this information before hand. His mentor mentored him to be like him 😸😹
Did you guys know that SHA and Housing Levy are charged on gross pay. Which means if you get a bonus, they charge SHA on the whole amount, not just your base pay? Yeah - they left it open so employers who are afraid of running afoul have to do that.
This is my analysis the big boys wouldn’t want Sifuna presidency,
The wealthy care about each other thats why despite Kalonzo and raila not winning elections look at EALA mps,
See who they invite in each other events we are not part of them .
The kenyatta family are thieves Uhuru looted this country dry, prior to him was Kalonzo as Vp and Raila as Prime minister , same bandwagon
Matiang’i was mad looter dennis itumbi exposed him in the ruai or whatever land saga, so he is not a reformist,
So the game play is about who will protect their interests, Sifuna wants the rule of law and that doesnt apply to the so called king pins you wont be surprised if they all move to support RUTO, I dont know about politics but I know a few things about the politicians.
GOD BE WITH US KENYANS.
@broztitute Fool me once, I say shame on you,
Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you,
Fool me three times, fuck the P sign bring the choppa and let it rain on you.
