Neuro assessment is otherwise unremarkable. Pt has a PMHX of migraines.

Med tiktok: Pt is experiencing right sided facial numbness/and intermittent pain to R side of face described as a severe “electrical shock” which lasts 2-5sec. Pain shoots down whole R side of face. No rash noted so shingles has been ruled out. What do you think it could be? 🩺

@Jordan23772 @Smooshfacepug I have to pick up one full vial for a treatment which would cost me $950! My health insurance doesn’t cover Botox unfortunately 😕 I was surprised it was so expensive too! I’m thinking of just saying screw it and paying the money if there’s a chance it’ll work!

Im having the worst migraine I’ve ever had, I’ve tried tramacet, ibuprofen, gravol, ketorolac, rizatriptan, metoclopramide, ice packs and rest in a dark room and nothing it’s even touching it. Help, what else can I do? ☹️
