/UPDATE/The individual @CMPD arrested jumped a four-foot fence, trespassing under NCGS 14-159.12. This was a pre-existing fence to prohibit access to Charlotte’s light rail system, closed for the RNC. This fencing is part of an outer security area monitored by law enforcement.
