@TabascoTX1836 @TMobile @ATT ATT decreased the discount for First Responders. Also charged me 7 months for a phone they never delivered. Currently looking for a new carrier but it doesn’t seem like any of them are decent companies 😒

@ATT continues to charge me for a phone I don’t have, despite acknowledging they never delivered and promises to remove phone from my account. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had @ATT for nearly 30 years and now can’t wait to switch carriers.

After nearly 30 years with @ATTWireless I’ve reached the breaking point. I’ve been charged for 7 months for a phone I didn’t receive and customer service continues to say “1-2 bill cycles” despite promises it will be removed within a week. Who do you all like in SLC for cell?

@CJ_Feher @EM_RESUS Responded on a plane once. A doctor and another RN also did. He was in research and the nurse taught clinicals at a nursing program. They were cutting off clothes to do CPR while the lady was responding to the questions I was asking to determine orientation 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
