We're going through a lot of changes right now, working in a major community ER/NICU we're struggling- mandating is ++frequent along with poor morale + working conditions. Is this common for other hospitals. Any tips/suggestions to improve morale?

@RNstudentnotes We also do MVP of the month- unit based- management not allowed. We nominate one person each month we think deserving and put a board up for them and about them which is pretty cool.
