@JOBIL1961 @Anviksha_ In North Kerala also every eats everything. I am not saying they don't. I am from North myself, and I have observed that despite North Kerala having better dishes for Seafood, Chicken, Mutton, where it lags to South is curiously Beef. Central Kerala makes the best Beef dishes

@rajatvashishth @Anviksha_ True. Beef consumption in Kerala owes its orgins to Portugese, Dutch and later British rule and influence more than Tipu's invasion. She probably doesn't know that Beef and Pork are Nasrani Christian staples while Mutton and Chicken are the preffered Muslim meats for their feasts

@Anviksha_ That is not true. Tipu invaded North Kerala, didn't hold territory for long. Beef is majorly consumed in South and Central Kerala in the so called Cristian Belt which Tipu Sultin didn't rule. North Kerala Beef dishes are markedly inferior to the ones u get in south.
