Wanted to pass along to someone the awesome service I received at stardust coaster. I forgot to get my ride photo and couldn’t get back for 1.5 hrs (waiting in a line when I realized it). I didn’t catch his name but it was wed., June 18,2025 at around 9:15-9:30. #UOFistBump

Said if they ever need to find a photo he was the guy they asked. My daughter and I seriously had our jaw on the ground with how fast he found our photo with the little bit of description we gave him.

I came back there and he was able to locate my photo in less than a minute of me giving him a huge 15 minute window of when we could’ve been on the ride. I just assumed it’d be nearly impossible to find with that much time passing. He had glasses on and the guy with him..

@vrbo They stated I have no control over changing my photo order essentially. Who do we need to elevate this issue to? Bc I know other owners who have found this to be an issue w/ them as well. I don’t know anyone who’s happy with this change bc you lose full control of your photos.

@vrbo PLEASE remove the new update where you guys automatically change our first photo and apparently the entire photo order of our listings. It has chosen the worst photos for our search page and the worst photos at the beginning of our listing. I know this is affecting others.
