Repeating my two PNRs-Port Blair to Neil- NMFRRI (last moment changed the route via Havelock for which I have to travel for two hours with severe sick sickness)
Neil to Havlock- YSHIGF (cancelled it and allotted a Government vessel at one third cost).

@MVMakruzz My PNR NMFRRI. Now one more mockery , I booked a trip from Havelock to Neil from your site and then day before yesterday I came to know the ship has been cancelled and I was allotted tickets on Government vessel (I have done all booking myself and not through agent)

@MVMakruzz My PNR (for Neil to Havelock trip) YSHIGF. Once I tried contacting your customer care I was told that there is no such ships for Makruzz which travel from Neil to Havelock and hence I was allotted a government vessel, quite amusing I booked from your site only

@MVMakruzz Now this in all probability I assume that you guys have intentionally cancelled the original vessel (as it was not even one fifth full) and forcefully made us travel in the same vessel to Havelock by naming it technical fault (which you will never agree for sure)

@MVMakruzz Now I am having severe sea sickness and after repeatedly requesting your crews I am not given a suitable seat to make myself comfortable. I was also told that all the 47 passengers who were travelling from Port Blair to Neil are accommodated in this ship only

@MVMakruzz and a new vessel has been assigned at 9.15. When I came to embark I was made aware that the ship will first go to Havelock and from there it will go to Neil. First of the WhatsApp message I received didn't say so it only mentioned the change in timing and not the route
