It’s a GM’s responsibility to check if a boundary is in or out of character. Never roll on an ooc boundary.

Also: it’s a player’s responsibility to pull back if they step on a boundary.

I really like 7th Seas, except for one big thing:

Stories. I absolutely hate this entire concept. If I wanted to write a book I’d just do it. I just want to play my shapeshifting sword boy and occasionally level up... why do I have to work this hard for a damn game?

Like... It’s so tiring and stressful. I don’t WANT to know what comes next for this character. I run two campaigns on alternating weekends. I do so much game writing. I have two other characters I play in other games. I just wanted to chill out and Let Come What May.
