@HRAskMe @SVLeadershipLab@TinaTchen This is a paraphrased quote from Tina Tchen. But I’ll elaborate some. Even when we assume good processes and good intent, when a complaint is made to HR usually they do an investigation, but given sensitive nature of the content there is rarely a feedback loop.
