@nickmmark ..not convinced on radial, yet. I use it when necessary, but 99% it is straightforward primary puncture. Different story with femoral, POCUS routine here, also because when femoral is indicated it is often not an easy one

I think that strategy was risky, unless they did imaging, which I doubt

@DrRazi4 So, now that the the coronary status and enzymes of pt are known, you see a clearly pathological EKG, misdiagnosing an occluded prox LAD (which looks just fine in angiogram).

@VictorDayan1 OK, but how would you design that placebo trial? Sham procedure patients will eventually start to have symptoms. Will you withhold TAVR from them at that point and wait/see if they MACE or die?

@CMichaelGibson @AlexMedBytes I agree the lead doesn‘t help with back problems, but, ignoring all other positive aspects of the job, I wouldn‘t switch to a desk sitting job. Common 1st world problem. I try to control my weight and exercise daily.

@olsonplanner Had same problem. It gets easier as yrs go by. Wouldn’t recommend surgery though. Also distance home-workplace is key. I start work at 8 and live at walking distance from hospital.

@EricTopol @AnnalsofIM In three months? - that’s great! O.1% of HbA1C can separate a diabetic from pre-diabetic, continue 0.4% ⬇️and you’re non-diabetic. Also LDL ⬇️, body fat ⬇️ By just delaying breakfast for couple hours, finish dinner by 8 PM?
