5. You drink alcohol most weekends
Now this doesnt necessarily mean you will gain weight. But thousands of calories worth of booze on top of mutiple takeaways on top of spending every Sunday in a coma is going to add up over time
4. Everyone in your closest circle is overweight and unhealthy so you normalise it
If your partner and your mates are fat then whats the point in losing weight eh? If this is how you currently think then its time to snap out of it and prioritise your own health. Do it for YOU
3. You don't have any experience with fitness or nutrition so you pretend you don't care & just neglect it
Let"s be honest, if you could take a magic pill that would get you into the shape of your life you would take it. Its the hard work & lack of knowledge that scares people
2. You hardly cook any of your own food and the majority of your diet is made up of takeaway/microwave meals
Look i get it, life is so busy that we hardly get a minute to sit down and eat a meal never mind spend time preparing it. If you prioritise it you will make it work
1. You have a desk job so your activity level is pretty much non existent
If you are sat at a desk for 8 hours a day then naturally you are going to move less, which means you end up gaining weight. Even if you eat the same calories as before you had a desk job
