@Shoprite_SA So went to shoprite today at Yarona shopping center(Kaalfontein) and only to find out they had items long expired on their fridges jerr and bought items worth more than R1400 and ddnt even receive a single sticker
@MTNza I’m so disappointed with the service of MTN insurance, my phone is damaged and It is insured with MTN and now when I claim I am being told to go to an assessor and then I have to pay the assessor the amount and I don’t even know who is the assessor and now my phone is not working
@MTNza I think MTN is failing me last time they couldn’t retrieve my number and now it’s their insurance not being able to assist with repairing my device, please bring back my payments for both devices for more than 3years of premiums and this types of services is totally unacceptable
@MTNza It would be better to bring back all my premiums I have bin paying and then I will get myself a new phone cause I was paying for nothing clearly, just assist with bringing back funds for both my phone’s premium for more than 3years of paying for my Insurance
@MTNza So what was I insured for maybe I miss understood what the purpose of insurance, I thought they would come collect and repair my phone without any hussles and now it’s a big problem for my phone to be repaired?
@MTNza After logging a claim I am being taken up and down but yet every month you debit my account freely but now I’m not getting any assistance when my phone is damaged so what was I insuring my device for and where will I even find the assessor and where will I get Money to pay for it
@BoxerStores I am so disappointed I bought 10KG Iwisa maize meal on the 16 march and when I wanted to cook on the 18th it had worms and usually I buy Ace meal but it was not available I’m so disappointed 😢
@FNBSA So now no one is able to align both my credit and debit card to be Premium the keep transferring me and I am using my own airtime to make this calls and it is charging me, maybe it will be better to join a bank which will be willing to assist in time of need
@FNBSA So yesterday i called to ask why my account and a manager promised to call and no one is willing to assist and today while was busy with a consultant they decided to transfer without letting me know why is happening and who will be liable for the gold cheque charges and I’m not
