@Uber_Support Uber just keep undoing what I did. Sorry it is not the support a customer expects. It seems Uber does not have a customer support team and an algorithm does something based on customer information

@Delta What’s going on with Delta? Flight from Detroit to Miami keeps delaying. Third time Delta informed a new departure time. Original departure time; 7:59 pm. Current information is the departure is at 9:10 pm. Is it reliable?

@maureencuster @AmericanAir Similar issue happened with flight AA5164 to Detroit. CS at PHL informed me the delay was due to weather. But then the they announced the real issue in the sound system in the plane

@AmericanAir Look all the flights departures around 9 pm: the original time of the AA5164. Why only AA5164 delayed? If it was due to the weather, the others flights should have problem as well

@AmericanAir It’s endless nightmare. Flight MIA-DTW canceled yesterday. Rerouted to PHL where there is no weather issue. Now, flight PHL-DTW delayed 3 hrs and will depart 11:15 pm. AA CS tried to convince me the delay is due to the weather. This is not true

@AmericanAir @iflymia My flight from MIA to DTW was canceled due to weather at MIA. AA denied hotel voucher. But several flights departed from MIA on the same day and time of my canceled flight. How does AA explain it?

@AmericanAir AA canceled my flight to Detroit due to the weather condition at MIA and refused to provide me hotel. But kept several flights for the same day and time. How does AA explain it?

@AmericanAir It seems the flight was canceled due to convenience for AA. Otherwise, all flights should have been canceled
