बीजेपी ने पेट्रोलियम टैक्स से 44 लाख करोड़ रुपये लूटे।

इस लूट के लिए वो तीन कारण देते हैं:

1.ऑयल बॉन्ड चुकाए
2.नई सड़कें बनाईं
3.DBT से लोगों को सीधे पैसे मिल रहे हैं

तीनों बातें भ्रामक हैं।

1. ऑयल बॉन्ड की अदायगी

• 44 लाख करोड़ में से सिर्फ 3.3 लाख करोड़ ही चुकाए गए।

• यह कुल पेट्रोलियम टैक्स का महज 7% है।

• यानी हर ₹1 चुकाने के बदले मोदी सरकार ने ₹13 अपनी जेब में डाले।

2. सड़कें बनाईं

• NHAI का कर्ज 2025 में ₹3.35 लाख करोड़ हो गया, यानि ऑयल बॉन्ड से दोगुना!

• सड़कें निजी हाथों में दी जा रही हैं और इस साल टोल से करीब ₹73,000 करोड़ वसूले गए।

• सड़कें उधार के पैसे से बनीं, भविष्य का टोल कर्ज चुकाने और निवेशकों को फायदा देने के लिए गिरवी रखा गया और जनता बढ़ते टोल देकर उन्हीं सड़कों पर चल रही है।

3. पैसा गरीबों तक पहुँचा

सच्चाई यह है कि 2014 के बाद से मोदी राज में सब्सिडी का बजट काफी घट गया है:

• कुल सब्सिडी का हिस्सा: 16.3% से घटकर 13.06%

• पेट्रोलियम सब्सिडी: 5.1% से गिरकर महज 0.24%

• खाद सब्सिडी: 9.6% से घटकर 7.33%

• आवास सब्सिडी जस की तस है।

• DBT ने कोई नई योजना नहीं शुरू की । पुरानी योजनाओं को नया नाम दिया और उनके बजट भी घटाए।

कर्ज का जाल

• देश का कुल कर्ज 2014 में ₹55 लाख करोड़ था । अब इस वित्त वर्ष में ₹218.63 लाख करोड़ हो जाएगा!

• अब भारत सिर्फ ब्याज में ही ₹11 लाख करोड़ हर साल चुकाता है।

• ऑफ-बजट देनदारियाँ छोड़ भी दें, तो हर नागरिक के सिर पर ₹1.5 लाख का कर्ज है।
