This Jean Milligan centenary souvenir plate prompted some queries. We understand the centenary referred to was of Miss Milligan’s birth in 1886 and in 1986 a centenary weekend was held to celebrate the life & achievements of Dr J C Milligan co-founder of the #RSCDS #DanceScottish
