DISTURBING: Shocking video has revealed the physical abuse of a vulnerable Gulf War veteran at a New York facility, while the accused caregiver continues to collect a government paycheck.
Angela Sangro’s husband, Albert O’Toole, served in the Gulf War, where an explosion caused a traumatic brain injury. Years later, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. After placing him in a federally run facility in Montrose, NY, Sangro became alarmed by his rapid decline, which included signs of heavy medication and unexplained injuries. Concerned for his safety, she installed a hidden camera in his room.
The footage is harrowing. It shows longtime aide Matthew Cox yanking food from Albert’s hands, lifting him violently by the neck, throwing him into a chair, and punching him. Moments later, Cox struck him in the head with a broom and forcibly shoved him back into the chair. The veteran can be heard crying out in pain.
Cox was arrested prior to the release of the video. However, he remains free and continues to receive pay from the federal while awaiting trial or a resolution, a process that could take forever.
Our veterans risked everything to defend this nation. They deserve dignity, safety, and protection, not neglect and abuse in state-run facilities.
What’s especially troubling is that over the past year and a half, New York leaders have rushed to protest, post videos, issue statements, and visit facilities housing illegal immigrants. Yet when it comes to veterans like Albert, not one of them seems willing to show up.
Priorities matter.
Veterans FIRST.
Do you know how many minutes mainstream media think the victims of mass scale grooming gang rape deserve?
Zero.
US and UK outlets have gone completely silent on Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry report.
A privately funded independent probe documented the systematic rape and trafficking of at least 250,000 British girls by grooming gangs, mostly Pakistani Muslim men.
Decades of political correctness, fear of racism accusations, and complicity from police, social workers, and government made it possible.
The mainstream media has made it clear that stories exposing the human cost of mass immigration and elite cowardice get buried.
Hashtag MeToo. And thank God for X.
The Renewed Hope Act is officially signed into law.
We’re going from 7 victim identification specialists to 200. That’s thousands of boys and girls who now have a real shot at being identified and rescued. So grateful for everyone in Congress who pushed this through.
But here’s the hard truth: the ICSE database has grown from 57,000 unidentified victims to 89,000 in just two years — even after 20,000 kids were rescued. We’re still losing ground faster than we’re gaining it.
This fight is far from over.
