RTS is rooted in the Reformed tradition, but our student body represents a wide range of denominations and ministry contexts. We are committed to providing a theological education that equips students to serve Christ and his church faithfully wherever God calls them.
The church's song is one of adoration for the Lamb who was slain and now reigns in glory. Christ is worthy of all honor and praise, and his kingdom will endure throughout eternity.
At RTS, “Reformed” means being rooted in a deep commitment to Scripture as the only infallible rule for Christian faith and practice and in a love for the gracious Triune God revealed in his Word.

At a time when many churches are prayerfully seeking faithful pastors, counselors, and ministry leaders for the years ahead, we are grateful for the Lord’s continued kindness in raising up students who desire to serve Christ and his church through theological education.
At RTS, theological education is shaped by both academic study and faithful service in the church. With a 13:1 student-to-faculty ratio and 98% of RTS MDiv faculty actively serving in ordained ministry, students are equipped by professors who are both scholars and pastors.
What a comfort to remember that the endurance of the church does not rest on human strength, but on the faithfulness of Christ himself. Though trials arise and opposition remains, the Lord preserves his church and will be faithful to the very end.
The call to praise is rooted in a God who hears and responds. He is near to his people, faithful to deliver, and worthy of wholehearted worship.
"I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth." Psalm 34:1
The Master of Divinity at RTS is designed to equip students for faithful pastoral ministry through deep biblical, theological, and practical training.

Author, speaker, and RTS alumna Nancy Guthrie shares about the lasting impact of her education at Reformed Theological Seminary and the ways it deepened her understanding of Scripture and equipped her to serve the church through teaching women the Bible.
Praise to the Lord for his steady care and faithful provision in every season. He reigns above all things, yet shelters and sustains his people with gentleness and grace. Nothing in our lives is outside his wise ordaining, and all that is needful is given in his perfect time.
The Christian life begins with receiving Christ, but it continues as we walk in him day by day. As we grow rooted and built up in the faith, our lives become marked by gratitude for his work in us.
Reader's editions can be surprisingly controversial. Are they a crutch or a valuable way to get students to read more Greek? Here one of my @rtsorlando TAs explains how they benefitted him. Fwiw he can now spot read/translate from majuscules and papyri.

This hymn reminds us of the deep, abiding relationship we have with the Lord, dwelling with him, learning from him, and walking in unity with him as his children.
