This is a nice illustration of how Callais is being misread. Just where, pray tell, did it make race-conscious redistricting unconstitutional?
Callais changed the *statutory* standard for Section 2 claims. But it didn't change the existing doctrine of racial gerrymandering.
@MaxWiIkins Reduced to a substitute isn't accurate. He took the starting spot from Watkins. Only took him a few matches to get a red card.
Players staying takes the player wanting to be there. He never wanted to stay. It was just going to get worse.
And what has his done since leaving?
@jmcginn7@AVFCOfficial Has no one told McGinn about the new merch drops while he's been away? That track suit is so December. Need to jump to the purple gear my guy.
@FabrizioRomano@OfficialFPL should give everyone an extra transfer given we have to keep shedding City players as they suck up all the top talent in the league. First Semenyo, now Guéhi.
@Alex_Berwick@AVFCTranstweet They offered an upfront permanent deal.
Likely offered way better personal terms since Villa's wage/turnover ratio is so tight.
@myoldmansaid To be fair that 5-0 loss, was after Villa already qualified for Champions League.
So, if you take that out of the equation, we are 2-1-2 under Emery. Not too bad.
At the very least, put a huge asterisk next to that one.
@johntownley11 The one goal man u did manage was from a horrible error at the edge of the box. That was, by no means, Villa's best performance but we created some good chances other than the two we scored.
"People are struggling, so stop bothering me about allegations of breaking campaign finance laws" is one helluva way to start pleading your innocence.

@J_Tanswell Taylor let New Castle be aggressive and Villa couldn't go shoulder to shoulder on the ball without a foul.
Easy to win matches when your opponents can't match your physicality because of bad calls.
Pretty confident the People's Map addresses most, if not all, of the concerns raised by the people in this article.
That's what happens when you have a map that is drawn by Chicagoans for Chicagoans.
