48% pay raise for adjunct faculty by 2025
33% increase for graduate student workers by 2026

@BenBigwheel @ruaaup @RutgersU Unions are member lead. A group of elected representatives on the executive council voted to suspend. It was not unanimous, but it was democratic. The membership voted to permit the EC authorize & to cancel the strike. In most unions the bargaining committee calls off the strike
