I do a regular 500 mile road trip from Land O Lakes, FL to Dawsonville, GA. First stop is at a Winn Dixie for groceries, second is at Buc-ee’s for lunch. At both stops, my Tesla MY is ready to go before I am. With a little more effort, I’m sure I could replicate your miserable scenario.
@JonBbC_TechGeek First it tries to wake you up. Happened to me, and worked. My wife, sitting in the passenger seat, was oblivious to me falling asleep.
This tax will hit the upper middle class making 200k to 400k. Above this amount, top earners will find ways to limit their earned income in lieu of restricted stock that pays dividends. Warren Buffet famously limits his earned income to 100k per year, well below the current SS cap. Elon Musk takes no salary.
@Tesla_AI FSD 14.3.3, and previous versions, brakes on the interstate when going from hurry back to standard. Bad idea to use brakes on interstate unless it’s a safety critical issue. I often have to use hurry to clear traffic so I can get out of the left lane.
@Tesla_AI FSD 14.3.3 regressed to picking up 40mph minimum speed limit signs as the speed limit on I75 in Georgia. It mostly ignores the incorrect speed limit, but not always. Twice, it hit the brakes doing 75 in standard mode.
@liorsela Complete lack of range anxiety. On road trips I now plan changing stops at around 10% to get the most efficient charging. The car is usually ready to go before I am.
@ASGWoodward A simple solution would be to allow communities to declare themselves Dara Center Free zones, AND allow tech companies to deprioritize any AI requests coming from within their boundaries.
