We have completed the Scheduled Rack Maintenance in Dallas Data Center. Our team experienced some unforeseen setbacks during the process, leading to work exceeding beyond original projected maintenance windows.

(RESOLVED) Our network administrators identified DNS updates for an isolated network were being routed to the wrong DNS servers, which was causing the updates to fail. This has been solved and all DNS updates have been retroactively pushed appropriately.
