Y5 and 4/5 @EldonGroveAcad have not only LOVED the brilliant A Kind Of Spark by @BooksandChokers but have also been inspired to write letters in support of a campaign for a memorial for the witches of Newcastle.
@BooksandChokers@ailsa_robinson@EldonGroveAcad Thank you for writing a book with a character that children with SEN could relate to. A highlight was when one child was sharing his writing with a teacher and said the main character was Autistic like him and he found it hard to write neatly too but was trying his best ❤️
A very proud parent moment, this afternoon, celebrating Layla becoming a PE scholar. This was the perfect project to motivate
her and allowed her to really shine in a subject she is so passionate about @EldonGroveAcad
This afternoon we popped into @EldonGroveAcad to launch our Santa Fun Run, which takes place at Ward Jackson Park on Sunday 3rd December ☺️

Whitby certainly did not disappoint today! The weather may have been as temperamental as the seagulls but what a lovely day we all had. 80 children loving life by the sea made even better with members of the public commenting on how well behaved they all were😊 @EldonGroveAcad
