What a wonderful celebration of 70 years of Rossmere! So proud of the creativity, spirit, and sense of community shown by everyone involved. Thank you to the staff, pupils, and families for making it such a memorable day. Here’s to the next 70! 🎉🌟
What a fabulous afternoon celebrating Rossmere’s 70th birthday in style - costumes, songs and dances from each decade followed by an amazing Summer Fair. A bit hot but everyone had a great time and it was lovely to celebrate with all Rossmere families. @extoltrust

Trust Day was a powerful celebration of unity and purpose. The energy of our collective inspiring. While we honoured all colleagues across the Trust, it was a privilege to recognise individuals who embody our values of Inspiration, Excellence, and Partnership, #LivingOurValues"
At @extoltrust annual conference we found the hero within — together as one team, one purpose. The passion, the unity, the power of our collective was truly tangible. Here’s to each colleague, each story, and the difference we make together. #TrustDay#WeAreOne
Today we celebrated our annual Trust Conference! @extoltrust This year’s theme: Finding the Hero Inside Yourself. Fabulous to have Ed Ampaw-Farr, helping us unlock our superpower

Great end to the half-term delivering training to 400 delegates from the @extoltrust alongside Carol Allen today at Hardwick Hall Hotel. My two sessions were on effective use of AI. The morning session was on ‘workload reduction’ and afternoon on ‘adaptive task design’.
Another fabulous day for all our staff at the Extol Trust Conference. It was lovely to celebrate key staff across the Trust who embody the tenets of Inspiration, Excellence and Partnership. Site staff, headteachers, support staff, teachers were all represented. @extoltrust
High-quality teaching is for everyone. But what does it look like in the context of SEND?
We've published a SEND guide for teachers looking to use the Great Teaching Toolkit (GTT) to improve inclusive practice and provision.
The guide provides questions teachers can use to shape collaborative conversations about teaching of learners with SEND, and signposts resources within the GTT to explore this area further.
