I grinded this out with @NailsOU and we came to the same conclusion. After 160 tests, we never hit the minimum damage roll once. Based on this testing, I feel confident saying only 15 damage rolls exist in Champions.

There's a softlock in Pokemon Champions! If Competitive attempts to activate while fainted (e.g. from Icy Wind vs Mirror Armor + Destiny Bond), the next time an Ability would announce itself, the game will softlock; both players cannot choose actions and animations stop.

This combined with the rule change that strongly encourage locals to be at card shops is worrying. Been to too many shops with bad wifi. Wouldn’t be shocked to see low player caps at some locals to account for this.

Colleges and libraries? Doubt they’d have these issues.
