How do we know there's enough evidence to make a determination you ask? They read from the penal law for each offense aloud, and then we vote. Seems like a relatively straightforward process I guess, except... 4/

For those that haven't had the privilege, we are in a tiny room for HOURS for weeks on end twiddling our thumbs until the ADA comes. We then listen to evidence and determine whether there is enough evidence to justify the charges brought and that it should/not go to trial. 3/
