@YouGov The US audience would be aware that the IRS would come after both outcomes so the US situation represents a far lower difference than for someone in the UK who would would expect to keep the result tax free as gambling/competition winnings is not taxed.
@bayraktar_1love What is the war aim of an attack like this? Annoying oligarchs or do wildberries somehow do something to aid the war effort for Russia?
@_whiteboyflavor@Sammich4me@PalmerLuckey Erm, I’m in Europe and have ACs. Here is one of mine. It’s off as the room it is in cools down overnight but will be switched on later this morning. PS learn how to spot sarcastic posts like the one you posted. He is in the US.
@_whiteboyflavor@Sammich4me@PalmerLuckey The unit had to be removed because the outside heat exchanger broke conservation area rules. The vast majority of people don’t live in conservation areas and nothing stops them installing ACs.
@Sammich4me@PalmerLuckey People buy the where they need them and maybe don’t when it is only for a couple of days a year. In the UK heat exchange systems are subsidised but not if it can be used for cooling, but nobody stops anybody buying AC.
@Sammich4me@PalmerLuckey There are no government policies against AC in Europe. Nothing stopping anybody buying an AC system (except for protected historic properties maybe)
@bayraktar_1love Apparently the Maltese government are worried it will drift into their territorial waters where they'd be responsible for the clean up. https://t.co/kdOGbubQY0
@stillhere_1973@nexta_tv Or even making a few subtle modifications before sending them on. Sending the location to Ukraine security together with a list of all the up addresses it talks to…. Then a preprogrammed bricking after a couple of days.
@AppyBeard@NBCNews The feds only get to try Mangione for federal crimes. This means tying the murder to other crimes. The death penalty only applies if the other crimes include actual violence, which they didn’t. So no death penalty.
@Theo_Griffiths Citizens can buy these tickets, providing they are resident elsewhere. "Pass holders must be non-UK residents. BritRail and its representatives may ask at any time for proof of foreign residency..."
