HYDERABAD RAINS

- Yes there were massive traffic snarls across the city. People were stuck on roads for 3-4 hours!
- At least, 7 people DIED due to a collapsed wall. A 4-yr old boy and a woman also deceased in this incident.
- Severe water logging on all roads. Despite advance weather warnings, zero work by GHMC. No disaster management teams anywhere!
- There are uprooted trees everywhere!
- Apparently one man died when he touched an electric pole. Details awaited.
- There are TWO DEAD BODIES that got washed up at Begumpet nala!
- Many colonies are still awaiting power restoration.
- THE REASON YOU DONT SEE AS MANY TWEETS ABOUT ALL THIS MAYHEM IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO POWER FOR US TO EVEN RAISE THE ISSUE!
- GHMC & electricity department failed big time. And it is still Summer. Can’t imagine what will happen when actual rains start.

PS: The last time we heard of Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, she was busy switching parties.
And that she was complaining about HER PHOTO NOT BEING THERE IN ELECTION CAMPAIGNS!
