Then you get us all on the plane and didn’t notify a crew member and we sit on the plane for another hour waiting for your freaking crew member!
Over 13 hours delayed, over night, with my babies sleeping on airport floor. I’m DISGUSTED by you!
@AmericanAir We have never had such a horrific flight experience!!! Flight originally delayed from 7:30 to 11:30p while we have an 18 month old and five year old due to mechanical issues. Then you board us all on the plane. Don’t get the clear for take off! Get us All off again!!

@Delta the NERVE! You STILL have my bag and can’t reimburse for basic clothes! My bag has been lost since Friday. We find it isn’t delivering it until tomorrow and you don’t cover BASIC CLOTHING. It was a carryon to you made me check!

@MLGW I have been trying to contact Owners Reconnect for a month. No response after MULTIPLE calls, emails, voicemails and attempts at chat. This is unreal!
@Delta I STILL have not been told where my luggage is. It’s not showing it was boarded on a flight that has supposedly landed in AMS but shows on your app it’s still in ATL! This is ridiculous and I haven’t received the call I was told I would get within two hours…12 hours later!
