Unban requests with an automated bot, which doesn't sit right with me cause how is it my fault my account was stolen from me after I hadn't even touched the game for 2 years by a chinese hacker named sakamatachloeee, who also got it banned cause he sucked at the game and resorted

For something thats supposed to take up to 10 days, to get a response to you guys sure as hell declined my request freaking fast. It didn't even take you guys 10 minutes to decline the new request Archit wrote for me, which leads me to believe you guys are just auto declining....

You guys even just declined my most recent request to after I spent an hour talking to a live support person named Archit, after he guaranteed me that this time I'll be unbanned cause he wrote " the best possible case" for me.

After finding out my account was not only stolen but it was also banned by the person using my account is frustrating, it makes no sense how you guys can just not even explain as to why you can't unban the account.

@EA @PlayApex @EAHelp I Recovered my stolen account, only to find out that the person who stole it got it banned, It's apparent that it was stolen because your support team helped me recover the account today, Once I logged in after changing all the info, I noticed it was banned.
