Sub: Request to take immediate action and stop the nuisance in the name of conference on Ibadat Khana Darulshifa as per prevailing law.

Respected Sir/Madam,

We the community members of Shia Akhbari Sect urge your prompt and appropriate stern action against the self claimed committee members of Ibadat Khana Darulshifa as the said persons are involved in gathering public at Ibadat Khana to create public disorder, nuisance and communal violence. The said conference is going to be conducted at Ibadat Khana on 13th Aug 2024 at 4 p.m. which is organised by the Ibadat Khana Committee.
It is to be noted that the same actions were witnessed in the year 1996 and consequent to such events the then renowned Chief Priest Maulana Syed Taqi Uddin Hyder Jaffri Akhbari was murdered by Usooli sect at Kohe Maula Ali a.s. It is most pertinent to note that since more than 2 decades there was peace and harmony between the two sects and both the sects perform their religious prayers in every waqf institution without any conflict including Ibadat Khana until the said president came into position. The said president is trying to convert the peaceful conditions as they were in the year 1996.

It is also pertinent to note that on 25.07.2024 the Hon’ble High Court has passed a final order vide W.P. No 33130 of 2023 permitting Shia Akhbari women to perform Majlis, Jashan and other prayers in the premises of Ibadat Khana Darulshifa consequent to the said order the self claimed committee president posted contemptuous statements and a video of Shia Akhbari women disrespecting the Hon’ble High Court and lowering the dignity of Shia Akhbari women for which a complaint was given to DCP South Zone the said indecent and disrespectful ,contemptuous video was removed but there is no apology and regret from the said president till date.

The Shia Akhbari women conducted Majlis on 5th Safar 1446 i.e 11.08.2024 at the subject waqf institution and on 12.08.2024 the committee announced the gathering of public. The only intention of the said committee is to create communal violence in these Holy days of Mourning.

Hence we request your kind authority to take immediate and stern action against the said persons and stop the conference as it will lead to extreme violence and clash between the two sects of Shia Muslims i.e Akhbari and Usooli and also to take appropriate action as per prevailing law.
