@HM_Passport It's now been more than 4 weeks since our children's new passports were received, but the 4 certificates (Parents' Birth/Son's Birth/Marriage) & daughter's old passport have still not arrived back. Is this expected as official website says up to 2 weeks? Paid for secure delivery.

@Caseyp12345 @FugediAnita @HM_Passport You say that, but I recently renewed mine and my daughter's passport and applied for our son's first passport all at the same time. My old passport arrived back BEFORE my new one did but I'm still waiting for our children's docs three weeks after their passports arrived. Strange.
