@hagenilda @CharlRWalker That's strange, the hospital where I work is business as usual on Monday, including outpatient services. I thought the guidance to do this was from NHS England so would apply across the country.

@thechurchmouse Yes, the company installed the wrong type of meter for my property so it couldn't measure energy use or communicate with the supplier. I kept getting asked for readings I couldn't submit so had 'estimated' (high) bills. It took 5 months of monthly complaints to get replaced.
@CaraLisette The music! According to my mum, I used to cry when 'Bright Eyes' played on 'Top of the Pops' even though at 16 months old I didn't understand the lyrics or the film's plot...
