The elevator worked when we got here today, but stopped working a couple hours later. Couldn't call it from any floor.
It finally turned back on again...except we didn't call it. Its just been running up and down the building of its own accord over and over for the last 20 mins🙃

My office is in an old building that was built as part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Oregon in 1879. It routinely has weird things happen in it (because of it's age or its history, you decide) but today is kinda taking the cake...

So far I’ve ended up at the doctors on November 15th (COVID test), December 14th (scooter accident), and January 15th (infection)...and now February 1st... plus a couple follow up appointments in between...can I be done now?!

Working in Downtown Portland is seeing a fresh pile of shattered glass in front of your car and having to do a quick cursory look around to make sure all your windows are still in tact.

One of them went with me– I wasn’t able to get the procedure done and had to be referred to a specialist back in Portland, so now, hours later, we’ve picked up my meds and lunch, and here I am at a different doctor and she’s waiting for me in the parking garage again 😭🙏🏼💕

I have to drive to Salem tomorrow for a procedure that I’m really anxious about and two of my roommates offered to get up early, on their days off, and drive over an hour each way with me so I don’t have to go alone 😭❤️

Anyone else only go to sleep at nice even times? Like, oops, missed 12:30am guess I’m going to sleep at 1am...
