ORDER, ORDER 👩‍⚖️ Today I was Judge Kirby. My class debated whether Science and Religion can live harmoniously. For something which could have gone either way, it was amazing! Everyone was so engaged, enthusiastic and theatrical. Loved it! On a real high after this #edutwitter 🤗

First solo lessons taught today! Had an enthusiastic and engaging Year 7 class on ‘religious identity’. And a year 9 class on the three refuges. These really tried it on with me being a new teacher so setting myself a target on behaviour management and setting expectations!

Here we go! First lesson planned for a year 9 group. Buddhist beliefs topic, specifically looking at the Three Refuges/Jewels. Using the Frayer Model for some knowledge recall and a revision sheet for them to fill in! #traineeteacher #RE #buddhistbeliefs 👩🏼‍💻 💎 ☸️
