@TT2Limited Hilarious that your putting the prices up again when your causing so much disruption of a weekend. The initial works were supposed to be finished but obviously that was never going to happen so now we’re being charged extra for the inconvenience.

@LNER on the 11:43 train, it’s late and I’m told seats are cancelled by the people sitting in my £200 seats. The seats are showing my bookings. What happens now?

@LNER Thank you for your help, I appreciate this is not your fault, it’s just annoying when train travel costs a lot of money and even if you book a seat your not guaranteed it. One point I’d like to ask is that if in this scenario seats arnt cancelled it’s made clear at each station

@LNER There are no seats! There’s 3 trains in one! If you cancelled seat reservations, show that! Also how do I get a refund? I shouldn’t be paying to stand when I have reserved seats!
