@geargeekuk please can a manager contact me regarding the poor quality of the Ear buds Pro. I have contacted to complain and Sandeep is refusing to pass my complaint on to the manager.I have stated that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality
@Ryanair my son has lost his phone on one of your flights, we believe this is wedge between the seats. I have spoken to support who have said they cannot contact the ground team and they cannot get anyone to check the aircraft. Is this correct? This sounds ridiculous.

@LGUKCare my parents have been left without a washing machine for weeks. Your engineer came out today to say that the fault code didn't exist. This was shown to him in the manual and he said he couldn't help. This is the second replacement machine for the same fault. What next?
