@ConnectingLeeds@LeedsCC_News I queued for 40 mins to get into the station yesterday and this is only going to get worse when the taxi rank also moves round the back. It will be quicker to drive to Wakefield and take the train from there.

@AnyVan no one book removals with AnyVan unless you want a van that's too small to turn up, and AnyVan can't help you and you have to get another van - no PPE and damaged furniture and they DON'T offer compensation its their policy - shocking customer service #avoid#anyvan
@TUIUKPR @TUIUK unless contacted this week with a full refund in cash I will contact my credit card company and they can deal with this on my behalf but if Tui offer the customer service that they have done for the past 35 years then I expect a call back ASAP to resolve please
@TUIUKPR @TUIUK I have clearly stated this is for Tui to reimburse me as also advised by citizens advice bureau however I keep getting ignored - holiday should have been 3 months ago. have been a loyal customer 35 years and unless addressed ASAP will never book with TUI again.
@TUIUKPR @TUIUK wasn't contacted until 29th of May so almost 6 weeks later but given the circumstances I accepted the delay but only to be informed that Jetsave had offered me a voucher. Tui had used a 3rd party for my booking which I was aware of but had contracted with Tui.
@TUIUK @TUIUKPR holiday booked for 8th April 2020 to Iceland for 4 nights at a cost of £1538.39 went into the store before lockdown when realised the holiday would be disrupted and were told to expect a call back within a week as staff were busy cancelling holidays - fair enough.

@IKEAUKSupport We've just left after spending an hour resolving the issue! Wouldn't call it resolved as disappointed with the compo given however didn't want to waste anymore time arguing the case with incompetent management!
@IKEAUK would have expected at least full compo for the missing parts which amounted to £60! Customer service staff very helpful! Manager Sef shocking!
@IKEAUK had to drive back to the store to collect missing parts! Caused us 3 hours of delays today and were asked twice if we were sure the parts were missing! Then was offered £26 in compo after spending £600 in store!!!
@IKEAUK shocking customer service at IKEA Leeds! Half a sofa missing without all the screws and a torn sofa cover! Apparently a fault in manufacturing!
@virginmedia Yes unfortunately! We love our virgin package but was only offered a £6 reduction when I was told we only use half our current package usage
