Delighted to host Aoife Doherty a UROP undergraduate student, in our lab over the summer. She has presented her research today examining neuronal activation in discrete brain regions which may account for altered pain responding in ASD. A very talented young researcher.
Delighted to present the excellent research by @RachelHumphrey0 a PhD in our group on examining pain in autism in preclinical models at #EFIC2022. @Rachel_Fitzp excellent research confirms Pain in Autism is a significant issue in Irish population
