Heisenberg and Schrödinger get pulled over for speeding.
The cop asks Heisenberg "Do you know how fast you were going?"
Heisenberg replies, "No, but we know exactly where we are!"
The officer looks at him confused and says "you were going 108 miles per hour!"
Heisenberg throws his arms up and cries, "Great! Now we're lost!"
The officer looks over the car and asks Schrödinger if the two men have anything in the trunk.
"A cat," Schrödinger replies.
The cop opens the trunk and yells "Hey! This cat is dead."
Schrödinger angrily replies, "Well he is now."
Sea otters: Back by pawpular demand! Once hunted to almost extinction, these ecosystem engineers are slowly making a comeback in California and transforming the coast along the way.
Here is a lab lab!
Our lab here needs to wear PPE just like the people doing the science.

For the first time in history, a spacecraft touched the Sun. NASA’s #ParkerSolarProbe is the first spacecraft to fly through the Sun’s outer atmosphere, or corona.
This milestone in 2021 will help scientists more about our closest star. #YearInReview

@tyLanasaurusrex A5: I will consider how the school values student-centered teaching and inquiry-based learning. Both are essential for effective science education, and technology can be used to amplify these elements. I hope the school recognizes that without forcing the use of tech #ci5307
@tyLanasaurusrex A4: I think science educators should follow @FisherSciEdu because they are a reliable source of general information for science education, and provide many helpful resources for teachers to use in the classroom #ci5307
@tyLanasaurusrex A3: we can make #edtech more equitable by providing students with the tools they need to access content in a variety of forms: verbal, visual, or kinesthetic (i.e. simulations). A variety of formats allows students to better access content and more fully engaged with it. #ci5307
@tyLanasaurusrex@CAST_UDL A2: I hope to use tech to improve the information delivery options for students in science classrooms. Students can record video of their experiment and VoiceOver to explain their process and results, for example. They can also construct models using drawing tech. #ci5307
@tyLanasaurusrex Hello! I'm Rachel, from the science cohort!
A1: I used a lot of tech in my final two years of high school when students were 1:1 with iPads. I remember this being an exciting but frustrating time since teachers were unfamiliar with #edtech strategies #ci5307
