The Confederate Flag has breached the Capital, something it failed to do even in the Civil War. This isn't a protest, this is a coup, an attack on the state, and an attack on the very heart of democracy. I have never seen anything so un-American.

Shocker: the CEO of a store called WHOLE FOODS doesn't think faux meat patties are healthy because they are ultra-processed.

I dont care that they're processed, but I do agree.

#Beef is lower in calories and much richer in nutrients. PLUS it's the original plant-based protein!

Empathy is seeing things from another person’s perspective.

It’s also recognizing my perspective is sometimes clouded by my own stuff.

The stuff that usually undermines empathy is fear, anxiety, and insecurity.
