@RoyalMailHelp can you please let me know where my package is. It was Tracked24, I’ve paid for next day delivery, the tracking didn’t once show as out for delivery and all of a sudden it shows as delivered with the note saying “scan recorded at customer service point”.

@BootsHelp why is it that every time I need to login to my account for Boots Online Doctor this message appears when all my details are correct? It happens multiple times for days at a time and then suddenly it will work. I urgently need to sign in!

I don’t know what @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp have done to their app but it’s completely unusable now. It never updates the status once delivered, constantly has errors and has your tracked items in the most random list order

@RoyalMailHelp why do you bother emailing to say something will be delivered on a certain date? It’s apparently due today but it hasn’t moved from Gatwick Mail Centre. This happens every single time, Gatwick just hold on to everything for days. I need it delivered today

@KReadingmachine I get this all the time, the amount of people that respond to me spelling my name Rachael when my email and signature is clearly Rachel. I totally get people spell it differently but my name isn’t Rachael, it’s Rachel. I am so conscious of spelling other people’s names correctly

@KReadingmachine We had “I Carry Your Heart With Me” by E E Cummings at our wedding ceremony read by my sister. I think as long as it’s something you connect with it then that’s all that matters. Nothing weird about the pronouns being “I” and “you” at all 😊
