Working full time but still caring 5pm-8am , 7 days (105hrs) a week with no sleep

@SibthorpKate @RachelMason247 @juestanny I'd say you then get into whats the DP being used for, if the thing is agreed in care plan and doesnt fall under these exemptions, its the cost of meeting the outcome, and surely thats the full cost including VAT

Not if it can't be used for unregulated services
The rules are not keeping up with the diverse social care market place. When services are purchased to deliver the local authority's careplan, are not regulated

The issue of VAT on day opportunities and other non regulated care services is causing unfair financial hardship for #Directpayment holders across UK

The VAT people pay on services they buy to meet their careplan outcomes must obviously then be #DRE a disability related expense
