@sheena_byrom With the End In Mind by @drkathrynmannix really helped me whilst my husband was dying last year. It is superbly written and helps you understand the process x
@drkathrynmannix@TEDTalks I read the book & listened to the tedtalk, it helped so much when my husband died in May. I knew what to expect and it helped prepare me. He was so anxious but when I talked to him about what would happen, it definitely made him feel more at ease. Thankyou @drkathrynmannix x
@plainoldgrumpy so very sorry for your loss. My husband died 4 weeks ago after being together for 34 years, trying to navigate the grief is so hard but sending lots of strength to you during this difficult time x
@CherryMorrello Have you got a hospice nearby that can help with your pain? Palliative care was given to my husband and they were amazing and helped him so much
@shitscaredmum Less than 2 weeks ago I went through the same thing with my husband, my heart goes out to you all and there are no other words but sending lots of love xx
