For 37 years, over 2,000 images taken by a Chinese state media photographer were hidden in a metal box, surviving brutal purges—until now.
These raw, powerful photos show the courage of the students, the scale of the protests, and the horror of what the Chinese Communist Party did.
Now, The @EpochTimes is making the photos public for the first time. [1/2]
This week, we mark and remember the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party, including its indescribably evil program of state-sponsored organ harvesting.
I've introduced the Falun Gong and Victims of Forced Organ Harvesting Protection Act, and I'm working with my colleagues to advance it. The U.S. should remain committed to countering these human rights violations and ensuring the CCP is held accountable.
🚨Yesterday, Congressional leaders called on @SecRubio to designate Chinese Students & Scholars Associations as a foreign mission of Communist China.
Picked leaders. Loyalty oaths. Consulate control. Thefts, repression, assaults, harassment, spying.
CSSAs are CCP agents🧵👇

China is likely the world's top financier, constructor, and operator of ports.
🇦🇺 “the single largest recipient of Chinese seaport financing worldwide, with $4.5 billion supporting seven ports: Port Botany and Port Kembla, Brisbane, Hay Point, Newcastle, Melbourne,
Queensland Curtis, and Wiggins Island at Gladstone”
great new research coming out of @AidData
Shen Yun shows the world the beauty of China before communism—before decades of political campaigns tried to erase the country’s traditional, spiritual roots.
We portray values like compassion, faith, and inner strength—core values of a culture once believed to be divinely inspired.
This revival is exactly what the Chinese Communist Party fears. It’s why Shen Yun is banned in China.
But the CCP hasn’t stopped there. Since our founding, the CCP has attempted to sabotage Shen Yun with disinformation campaigns, cyberattacks, pressure on governments and theaters, slashed bus tires, and even bomb threats. As of late 2025, over 300 incidents were recorded across 38 countries.
Investigating the secret Chinese lab in California
A secret virus laboratory was discovered operating in a windowless building connected to a recycling center in a small farming town in California. Inside were found live viruses, humanized mice, and vials of substances that remain, to this day, unknown.
A subsequent arrest revealed the lab was run by a Chinese national, and that many of the people associated with it have ties that go back to front operations for the Chinese Communist Party.
