@Fortnums@BBCWatchdog I have done, but inevitably there is no reply - similarly on email, WhatsApp and text and I haven’t received the promised callback either. I don’t know how you can take money from so many customers and not provide the goods - this is a real scandal at this point.
I think @Fortnums may have stolen my money at this point - I cannot get through for all the patience in the world via WhatsApp, text, email or calling. Delivery due 6 Dec, rescheduled to 17 Dec - no sign. Can see from the other tweets the issues are widespread. @BBCWatchdog
@Fortnums on my at least sixth attempt to deal with your customer service. At this point it is like you are a sham website - you have taken my money a month ago, meant to have delivered 6 Dec - you pushed back to 17 Dec and still no tracking number or sign of the goods.
