@OctopusEnergy I’m getting nowhere via email with you about my gas meter issues. How do I go about logging a complaint? I now can’t get my gas meter screen on to send a manual meter reading.
2 years on and I still can’t track my usage on my smart meter that you installed…

@Scovilleuk Hi, one of my Scoville never stick pans has started to come away at the bottom. I have a few and the others are unaffected. Any idea what could have caused this? I hope you can help as the pan is only about 6 months old.
