@antoniahoyle Kudos to you Antonia 💪🤩I’ve just given my almost 52 year old body a trial of this- not for the faint hearted ! Didn’t have all the correct weights at home & had to modify the press ups & wasn’t ready to progress from side plank with weight to side plank with leg raised😰phew!

Who is actually going to accept some responsibility? Do you even care? Time frame would be useful - the affected students are checking emails every few mins!

There are course available @sheffhallamuni but he can’t officially apply due to this situation - they can just take details and note his interest so in limbo until he gets results and we have no idea when that will be so places are going
