While I bemoan the loss of opportunities for incidental learning by being in proximity to project teams in the office, I'm finding that I can catch useful information through virtual platforms (like Slack). The knowledge is there; we can be proactive in using the virtual tools.

@velveteenrabbi In what ways? We recently had schedule change for longer blocks of synchronous time which has been hard on my 7-year old, though he's a champ. We're feel there's a pressure being exerted to get remote kids back to in-person school, which is not a risk we can currently carry.
